Scott began his career at Oscar Health Insurance, creating and providing unique plan offerings during Health Care Reform for individuals and families. During his several years at The Difference Card, Scott’s consultative work has helped large employers design, implement and administer a full range of medical and pre-tax benefit programs to deliver rich benefits at significant cost savings. Scott earned his B.S. in Biology & Society, Nutrition and Business from Cornell University and resides in Brooklyn, New York.

As a benefits subject matter expert, Mark and his team have had the honor of working with charter schools since 2000, and counseled several hundred schools in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. From startups to large CMO's, Mark and his team know what it takes to get real results. Saving schools money by building better benefits puts the money back to the kids and expanding the charter footprint. Mark has a BBA in Finance with High Honors, is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, Accredited Investment Fiduciary and Certified Financial Planner. He believes that his career is about serving others, when not working he is actively in many volunteer activities as a treasurer, coach and fireman.
