In this rapidly increasing artificial world, technology has been at the forefront of human interaction and assistance. This has not always been a positive experience as it pertains to customer service. As of lately, I have experienced longer than usual wait times over the phone when trying to do business with some companies. Often times a company has me on hold for quite some time and then transfers me from one system to another all to never satisfy my needs. When I actually get a human on the phone they have no answers for me or transfers me to an automated service. It can be quite frustrating, to say the least.
I recently had a rare and pleasant experience with Magii Pension Services.
Not only did I have a person assist me, he was able to get me what others said could not be done. Mr. St. Hillien showed me creativity and patience as we were able to come up with a plan that would satisfy my financial needs. He kept constant communication and walked me through the process. Needless to say, my need was satisfied.
In a world where service has dwindled to a profit first mentality I can honestly and rarely say I am very happy with the service that was recently given to me through Magii, and in particular, Mr. St. Hillien. Because of this, I look forward to continued business for many years to come.
